6) Zinc (ZMA) . There is one supplement, ZMA, a form of zinc that has one study that shows a boost in testosterone. Although, a follow-up study showed no significant benefit, it seems like that zinc deficient men may get some benefit in testosterone levels, if nothing else from improved sleep.
